Two of my absolute favourite characters to write are from the Rogue Mapping stories: Holly H Kincaid, my unrepentent hellion, and her cooler twin, Zac. Semaphore is a New Zealand based paying magazine I’ve been watching proudly since the first issue. It’s a beautiful thing, with steampunkish covers and an international contributor list playing in the dark fantasy and mystery genres. It’s also free to read.
